Welcome to Your Home in Bloom. By accessing this website, submitting a form, or booking services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Services

Your Home in Bloom provides professional organizing, decluttering, unpacking, home styling, and related support services tailored to each client’s needs.

Services may vary based on project scope, timeline, and availability.

Booking & Deposits

A signed agreement and deposit may be required to reserve your project date.

Project dates are not officially secured until all required documents and payments are received.

Deposits are non-refundable and secure the time reserved for your project..

Payments

Payment is due according to the terms outlined in your invoice or proposal.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • HoneyBook

  • Zelle

  • Venmo

  • ACH transfer

  • Credit/debit card

Processing fees may apply to card payments.

Failure to submit payment may result in delayed or canceled services.

Cancellation Policy

Your privacy matters to me.

  • Because project dates are reserved specifically for each client:

    • Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled session may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service total

    • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session amount

    • Deposits are non-refundable

    If an emergency occurs, please communicate as soon as possible.

Product Sourcing & Purchases

Optional product sourcing may be offered for organizing systems, storage products, and styling recommendations.

Clients are responsible for all product costs unless otherwise stated.

Your Home in Bloom is not responsible for:

  • Manufacturer defects

  • Shipping delays

  • Damaged items during shipment

  • Discontinued or out-of-stock products

Product recommendations are based on the client’s goals, measurements, and budget provided at the time of planning.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Making final decisions regarding belongings

  • Removing or securing valuables, cash, jewelry, medications, firearms, and important documents before sessions

  • Providing accurate information regarding the space and project goals

For safety and efficiency, work areas should remain reasonably accessible during scheduled sessions.

Donations & Item Removal

Your Home in Bloom may assist with donation coordination or item removal recommendations; however, the client remains responsible for confirming which items are kept, donated, sold, or discarded.

Once items leave the home or are donated/disposed of with client approval, Your Home in Bloom is not responsible for recovering them.

Movers & Third-Party Services

Your Home in Bloom is not liable for damage caused by moving companies, contractors, installers, or other third-party providers.

Clients acknowledge that boxes packed by clients or movers may shift or become damaged during transport.

Limitation of Liability

While reasonable care is taken during all sessions, Your Home in Bloom is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage to improperly installed shelving or furniture

  • Loss or damage resulting from client decisions or third-party services

Services are provided with reasonable care and professionalism but without guarantees of specific outcomes.

Photos & Social Media

Before-and-after photos may be taken for documentation and marketing purposes.

Photos will never intentionally include sensitive personal information.

Clients may request in writing that photos of their space not be shared publicly.

Website & Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, graphics, guides, and materials are the property of Your Home in Bloom and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without permission.

Privacy

Please review the Privacy Policy for information regarding how personal information is collected and used.

Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
